Terms and Conditions
- Gift certificates will be issued within 72 business hours of receiving payment
- Gift certificates do not have an expiration date
- Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone only, at 1-800-783-9200, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM ET, for airline tickets, cruises and vacation packages
- Gift certificates cannot be used for car only, hotel only stays or cash
- Gift certificates are valid in USD and for U.S. Travel Suppliers
- Original Gift certificate(s) must be in-house at time of redemption at CWT Vacations – 32 Market Ave SW, Suite 200, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
- Gift certificates and residuals will only be issued if over $100.00
- Residual balance below $100.00 will be returned to the Gift Certificate holder in the form of a check
